Here, all my senses became wide awake. The smell of wet ink, the pots of paint, the lithographic stones patiently waiting, printing letters searching for words, the smell of pines, the architecture combined with nature, it coincided beautifully with my desire to work in this environment. Most of my research here was experimenting with technique and materials. A unique opportunity to enrich my artistic practice. To become detached from all the different roles I take on in daily life, wife, mother, partner, social -artistic worker, and become totally absorbed in my artistry.
